We retain the copyright over this material. However, it may be freely used for any lawful purpose, except in the following circumstances:

1. Within a commercial venture for which a price or fee or subscription is charged (eg: a subscription newsletter).

2. By an organisation which we regard as in competition with Safeguard or associated products and brands.

3. In a context which we regard as bringing Safeguard into disrepute in any way.
