Relating to the same incident, tree feller ERROL MARIU was fined $250 under s19(a) and $300 under s19(b) for failing to observe the two tree lengths rule, and for then allowing another, inexperienced tree feller to fell a tree which drove into two others, felling them, without using correct technique.
