Horticultural and packhouse partners MURRAY JAMES LINTON and MARK LINTON were each fined $1750 under s16(b) of the HSE Act after a seven-year-old boy’s arm was severely lacerated when it was caught in the unguarded rotating belt idler of a leased squash harvesting machine.
