Background: 
The appellant Mrs Hikawera's solicitors filed a notice of appeal on 19 November 2001against a decision of a Review Officer in respect to a determination that she had a capacity for work and that her weekly compensation cease from13th May 2001. 
On the 29 January 2002 Till Henderson King withdrew as counsel for Mrs Hikawera. They advised that she could be contacted at 21 Stoney Creek Road, Opotiki. 
The Registry wrote to Mrs Hikawera at 21 Stoney Creek Road, Opotiki. on 4 occasions, namely 4th February 2002, 4th March 2002, 20th August 2002, and 11th December 2002 
Each letter from the Registry requested the appellant to file her submissions. 
A check of the “internet telephone directory” was unable to confirm the address of the appellant. She does not appear to be on the phone. 
There has been no contact from the appellant since the appeal was originally filed 
Decision: 
I DISMISS this Appeal for want of prosecution.
