This Act was repealed, as from 1 April 1983, by s 122(1) Accident Compensation Act 1982 (1982 No 181). See also s 122(3) and (4) of that Act for the savings provisions.
Every reference in this Act to the Supreme Court shall be read as a reference to the High Court pursuant to s 12 Judicature Amendment Act 1979 (1979 No 124).
Every reference in this Act to a Magistrate or Magistrate's Court shall be read as a reference to a District Court Judge or District Court pursuant to s 18 District Courts Amendment Act 1979 (1979 No 125).
